• Lead and oversee the IT department, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals. • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of server and system performance. • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security. • Provide technical support while ensuring high standards of service delivery and user satisfaction. • Maintain, update, and document IT systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance. • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to support business growth and innovation. • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term vision. • Design and optimize database schemas; improve SQL query performance and data integrity. • Administer infrastructure servers and manage MySQL databases for stability and scalability. • Setup and configuration of NAS devices, CCTV systems, PCs, and servers. • Supervise, mentor, and train junior developers and interns, fostering professional development. • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware and software. • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including risk assessment, data protection, and incident response.
